Supportive Adults

Family & Children Services of Silicon Valley’s Independent Living Program (ILP) and ILP Wellness Program are designed to empower youth emerging from foster care to achieve their goals and attain self-sufficiency.

Services are voluntary and available to all ILP-eligible youth. Youth may choose to access services at any time between their 16th and 21st birthdays.

The Hub is a community center led by and for current and former foster youth 15 to 24 years old in Santa Clara County. The center provides a one-stop resource center where youth can access a variety of services and resources on a drop-in basis.
